Trainmates is a socio – cultural forum of train passengers that was originally a gathering of five, who sincerely believed that travelling was, and still is, a great experience. This little group of five, in a period of thirteen years, has grown to a family of fifty, and still upholds their ideals of companionship, and has spread to include the cause of humanity.
In its journey of over a decade, this organization has involved in humanitarian and creative activities with great zeal and passion, supported by even the families of its members. Trainmates have extended associations with other like-minded groups and individuals inside and outside the country. Trainmates show no caste, race, gender, or monetary discrimination between its members or in its activities.
